Accounting Admin

Job Description We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Admin position. Responsibilities: Reach out to vendors for payments Processing Accounts Payable Vendor setup Distribution of mail Enter data into company's software Assist Controller with other duties Qualifications: 2-3 years’ experience performing accounting support including AP, AR, vendor setup, and project control activities Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal and external coworkers Critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, follow-up and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must have good math aptitude Excellent customer service skills We offer a generous benefits package including company-paid medical insurance, paid holidays, 401k and paid time off (PTO) Upon a conditional job offer, a drug test and background check will be required.
