We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance professional—or a driven individual looking to build a rewarding career in insurance.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Prepare quotes and present coverage options
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to close sales and retain business
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate client and policy information
Qualifications
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build relationships and develop new business
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
Compensation: Base salary + commission + performance bonuses
