Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, professional Bilingual Administrative Assistant with property experience for an opportunity in Oxnard, CA. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, visitors, clients, and internal team members.
- Provide professional administrative support in a property-related office environment.
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using Excel and internal systems.
- Assist with daily office coordination, documentation, data entry, and follow-up tasks.
- Deliver warm, responsive customer service while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
- Support team members and management with clerical projects, communication, and operational needs.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $24 to $26 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
- Friday schedule may allow for an early departure around 1:00pm if work is completed.
- Location: Oxnard, CA.
- 401(k) currently offered.
- Benefits are not currently offered, with plans to potentially implement benefits in 2026.
