Jeff Wyler Acura of Fairfield is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic automotive sales team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, knowledgeable about vehicles, and driven to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Explain product features, pricing, financing, and warranties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and CRM proficiency
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
