Business System Analyst

Our manufacturing client in the Dallas area is looking to add a Senior Oracle EBS Business System Analyst to its IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, driving process improvements, and supporting enterprise Oracle EBS applications in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain applications. Partner with procurement, manufacturing, inventory, quality, and operations teams to improve business processes. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Lead and support Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements. Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide advanced functional support. Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance efforts. Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support operational reporting and business needs. Create user documentation and deliver training for new system functionality. Qualifications 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience. Strong experience with Oracle SCM modules, including: Procurement Process Manufacturing Order Management Quality Experience participating in multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations. Strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis. Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with cross-functional teams. Oracle Development or PL/SQL experience is a plus.
