Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma ICU team. This role requires a skilled nurse with experience in trauma, burn, and surgical ICU. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and critical thinking skills while working effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for critically ill patients in the Burn Trauma ICU.
• Perform wound care, code response, and manage external ventricular drains (EVDs).
• Assist in massive transfusion protocols (MTP) and provide overall critical care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU experience.
• Current RN license is required.
• CCRN certification is preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
