Customer Experience Coordinator

We're hiring a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the first voice our customers hear. If you're organized, great on the phone, and love making people feel taken care of — keep reading. Kowboy Fence Company is a family-owned business with locations across Nashville, Jackson, Knoxville, Huntsville, Birmingham, Louisville and growing fast. We specialize in residential and commercial fencing, and we pride ourselves on doing great work with people who actually care.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and keep our sales team's calendar running smoothly Track leads and update records in HubSpot (our CRM) Follow up with customers and keep communication consistent from inquiry to project completion Spot opportunities to improve our customer experienceWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communicator—clear, kind, and professional in every interaction Highly organized with sharp attention to detail Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot a plus) Background in construction or home improvement is a bonus—not required High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred WHY KOWBOY?
