Regional Early Engagement Leader (Americas)

Fuel your passionThe Regional Early Engagement Leader drives the earlyphase strategy for subsea opportunities across the region. This role identifies and prioritizes opportunities, leads early engagement with customers, and develops comprehensive capture strategies in alignment with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Project Management, and Sourcing. By shaping technical, commercial, and execution strategies ahead of ITT release, the leader ensures Baker Hughes is positioned with the most competitive and valuedriven solutions.
As a Regional Early Engagement Leade r, you will be responsible for:
Working closely in alignment with the Sales,Engineering, Product Management, Project Management,Sourcingand other internal stakeholders.
Work closely withRegion Segment Directors,SP&S RegionalSales Directorsand Geo Zone Directorsto ensureopportunitiesare correctlyprioritized andresourced
Align with Sales & Commercial global and regional leadership from the earliest feasibility assessments and conceptual studies, into front end design (FEED) through to tender and contract closure
Creating and owning Capture plan along with Regional Sales team
Work closely with their commercial counterparts to develop and implement commercial strategies to improveand simplify the bidding cycle.
DriveSubseatender strategies.
Work closely with Early Engineering and Product Managementto deeply understand Product Portfolio and support the deployment of the most competitive andcost-effectivesolutions.
Bevisible externally and develop relationship with the industry to understand supply chain movementand subseaenvironment dynamics
Implement a robust operating rhythm using digital systems and tools tomonitoropportunity pipeline and developingappropriate strategiesaligned to the ITT schedule

Bachelor'sdegree.
Proven team leadershipskills, demonstratedability to effectively develop,influenceand motivate others
7+Years of experience in Subseaisa must
Substantial commercial leadership experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills anddemonstratedability to work effectively with all levels
Change agent withdemonstratedability to drive sustainable change
Willingness to travel globally, estimated 25%
