Quick Facts: Location: 2811 West Tieton Drive, Yakima, WA 98902 Start Date: 10/01/2026 End Date: 12/31/2026 (extension possible) Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: 36 hours/week Employment Type: Contract Licenses/Certifications: WA Medical License, Board Certified/Eligible in Hospital Medicine Experience: Prior hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $207.48/hour Pay package discussed upon application Competitive pay Weekly direct deposit pay schedule Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursement Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time according to applicable laws What You'll Do: Provide high-quality inpatient care during the overnight shift for hospital inpatients Admit, assess, and treat patients in consultation with the healthcare team Monitor patient progress and update medical records accurately Collaborate with support staff and specialists as needed Assist in handling complex cases and provide critical care in an expeditious manner Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols What You Need: Valid Washington Medical License and DEA/CSR credentials Board certification or eligibility in Hospital Medicine or internal medicine Minimum several years of hospitalist experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently during night hours About the Assignment: Join a renowned hospital in Yakima, Washington, providing overnight inpatient care in a facility with 100+ beds.
