A well-established Tampa litigation firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 1+ years of experience to join its growing practice. The firm represents clients in sophisticated commercial disputes and is looking for a motivated attorney with strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in developing as a litigator.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Top 10% of graduating class preferred
• Moot Court and/or Law Review experience strongly preferred
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

What You'll Do:

• Assist with all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and client strategy discussions
• Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation
• Work directly with experienced attorneys and receive meaningful mentorship
