Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing*** Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll processes with precision and confidentiality.* Work closely with employees and management to ensure time is being recorded and approved accurately and timely.* Compile and enter data into the Kronos payroll software and reconcile errors as needed.* Research and respond to employee inquiries about pay.* Process employee transactions and updates in coordination with internal teams* Support operational initiatives through special projects and administrative tasks **What Are We Looking For*** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure* Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion* Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization* Kronos payroll software experience a plus. **Work Environment**This role is based in a fast-paced office setting with frequent interaction across departments.
