To thrive in this role, you should hold:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist and preferably CPR certification.
• Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in the field, ideally with complex cases comprising medical and mobility challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Comfort and familiarity with clinical documentation and digital charting systems.
