To thrive in this role, you should hold:
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist and preferably CPR certification.
- Specialized certifications in areas such as neurology or geriatrics are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in the field, ideally with complex cases comprising medical and mobility challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfort and familiarity with clinical documentation and digital charting systems.
