About the Role

As an Experienced Insurance Sales Agent , you will work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, explain insurance options, and help them select appropriate coverage.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous sales experience , communicates confidently, and is motivated by achieving sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage with Clients: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through professional communication.
• Needs Assessment: Listen carefully to understand clients' needs, goals, and coverage considerations.
• Insurance Solutions: Explain available insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally.
• Sales and Solutions: Present appropriate solutions and guide clients through the sales process.
• Build Relationships: Develop trust and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
• Follow Up: Communicate with prospects and clients throughout the sales process and follow up as needed.
• Sales Performance: Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members and leadership to support client needs and overall sales objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Previous insurance sales experience required.
• Active Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle.
• Must have a mobile device.
• Must have home internet access.

We are seeking individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales ability, and the ability to build rapport with clients. A professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented approach is essential.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a commission-only role , offering significant earning potential. Successful sales professionals can expect to earn between $65,000 and $120,000 annually . Earning potential varies based on individual sales performance and results.
