This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer accounts, assisting with collections efforts, and supporting accounting operations within a growing manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Process customer invoices and apply cash receipts Monitor customer accounts and aging reports Assist with collections and customer account follow up Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies Maintain accurate customer billing records Support month end close and reporting activities Partner with internal teams regarding billing and payment issues Prepare and maintain AR related reports Ensure compliance with company procedures and controls Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience Manufacturing industry experience preferred Experience with billing, cash applications, and reconciliations ERP system experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in Fort Mill, VA #J-18808-Ljbffr Symbiotic Services
