Contract Customer Service Representative


Pay: $25.00-$30.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday-Thursday, approximately 4-6 hours per day
Location: South Denver Metro / Centennial-area, CO
Position Type: Temporary / Contract, 3+ months

A growing professional services company in the dental compliance and product support space is seeking a part-time Contract Customer Service Representative to support the customer service team during a busy period tied to a new product release.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer follow-up, administrative support, data entry, email communication, and helping customers stay on track with important reporting and order processes.

What You'll Do

• Send templated customer emails and follow-up communications
• Monitor customer compliance dashboards and identify accounts needing follow-up
• Reach out to customers regarding missing or incomplete reporting
• Support customer activity related to spore testing, sterilization testing, and compliance tracking
• Assist with daily and weekly order processes across multiple ordering channels
• Track sample requests and customer activity in Excel
• Use Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems for communication and data entry
• Help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional support
• Participate in on-the-job training and follow established templates/processes

What We Look For

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office support experience
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes, templates, and customer communication guidelines
• Comfortable learning new systems and ordering procedures
• Professional, reliable, and coachable
• Experience in healthcare, dental, compliance, product support, or customer implementation is helpful but not required
