About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead operations for our award-winning restaurant concept, The Rustic . As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll drive revenue and profitability while ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and team development. You’ll oversee both front- and back-of-house operations, mentor staff, and model the FreeRange values that set our restaurants apart: Fun, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Innovation, and Integrity. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations Deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves with a remarkable experience Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and hospitality Oversee product quality, vendor relationships, and recipe adherence Supervise and support team members during all shifts Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for growth Forecast business needs, manage budgets, and control operational costs Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation Monitor labor and inventory to meet financial and operational goals Build community connections and promote the brand through local outreach and events Train and develop new leaders and team members Implement policies and best practices that drive long-term operational excellence.
