Hybrid Mortgage Servicing & Quality Control Specialist

The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC) is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Mortgage Servicing Specialist in the Homeownership Division. The role oversees subservicing activities for the agency's mortgage portfolio and supports policy development, dashboards, and reporting. Based in Seattle with hybrid work and occasional on-site requirements, the position reports to the Loan Servicing Administrator and requires knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and HUD #J-18808-Ljbffr State of Washington
