Your Pay

Earn $19.46–$21.74 per hour , depending on experience, with additional shift and weekend differentials .

What You’ll Do

As part of the Oak Grove care team, you’ll play an important role in residents’ daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities
• Helping residents maintain comfort, dignity and independence
• Paying attention to residents’ needs and communicating concerns to the appropriate team members
• Supporting residents with patience, respect and compassion
• Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers and other members of the community team

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

• A current Indiana CNA certification
• A genuine interest in caring for older adults
• Dependability and a team-oriented approach
• The ability to treat residents with dignity, patience and respect

Previous senior care experience is helpful, but a caring attitude and commitment to residents are essential.

• Part-time or full-time opportunities
• Evening shift
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• $2.00/hour shift and weekend differentials
