Hybrid Apparel Temporary Production Assistant

What is my role?

As a Temporary Production Assistant, you'll support the Production team by coordinating factory information, sample submissions, WIP updates, sample requests and supplier ETA's. You'll also maintain sample organization, handle data entry and email communication, and provide general administrative support to keep the production process running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Work with Production Coordinator to provide factories with necessary information to begin production cycle, color standards, quality standards, artwork/strike off reference, logging art file requests, etc.
• Open, review, and distribute factory submissions
• Organize and maintain sample library
• Assist in maintaining WIPs
• Execute sample request forms
• OSS/WIP entry update - data entry, updates, and review based on requests from production leads
• Update Supplier ETA dates
• Answer emails from vendors and internal emails
• Other administrative duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• Strong data processing skills typing skills of 40+ wpm and 10 key by touch preferred
• Must be able to utilize computers, software systems and tools
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
• Strong attention to detail
• Inventory experience is a plus
