If you enjoy recruiting, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Recruit & Hire: Source, interview, and match candidates with temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. Coordinate Onboarding: Manage hiring paperwork, background checks, references, and drug screenings. Build Relationships: Support employees, communicate with clients, and help resolve workplace concerns. Keep Things Running: Coordinate assignments, monitor performance, and maintain accurate documentation. Stay Compliant: Follow employment regulations and WSC quality standards. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. A customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask.
