Work Skills Corporation (WSC) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Contract Staffing Assistant to support recruiting efforts for anticipated IT and technical opportunities through NASA's SEWP VI program. Working alongside prime contractors as an AbilityOne provider through SourceAmerica, WSC helps create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. What You'll Do Recruit & Connect: Source and engage IT and technical candidates through LinkedIn and other outreach efforts. Screen Candidates: Collect resumes, verify skills and certifications, and discuss security clearances, pay expectations, availability, and work preferences. Support Inclusive Hiring: Identify candidates who may qualify for the AbilityOne verification process while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring participation is voluntary. Keep Records Organized: Maintain accurate candidate profiles in Bullhorn and organize talent by job type and location. Support the Recruiting Team: Schedule interviews, post job descriptions, and assist with daily staffing operations. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidates. A people-focused approach to recruiting and candidate engagement. Comfort using online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems. WHO SHOULD APPLY? A natural people-person and great communicator. Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented. Comfortable using technology and social media. Interested in recruiting, HR, staffing, or talent acquisition.
