IT System Engineer

IT System Engineer (Korean Bilingual Required)\n\nTimpl has partnered with a global EV battery manufacturing company and they're\nlooking for an IT System Engineer\n \n\nResponsibilities:\n\nIT System Delivery\n\n * Planning IT Budget\n * Define clear requirements for IT projects\n * Contract, and Payment Management\n * Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for information technology\n projects, ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished within the\n prescribed timeframe and budgets.\n * Ability to learn new and evolving technologies.\n * Apply company-wide IT system council, check company-wide policy directions,\n and then apply to the business site.\n\nIT System Maintenance\n\n * IT System Issue Management: Lead, drive, facilitate and chair all\n investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls to resolve system\n troubles. Drive the critical issue process for live service to rapidly\n resolve complex IT issues and ensure effective communication with IT partners\n and the business to keep them informed of resolution progress.\n * IT System Application Change Management: Define the system functional\n requirements for application modifications in response to business process\n changes, facility updates, or improvement initiatives related to IT systems.\n Ensure these changes are developed and implemented in close collaboration\n with the HQ development organization, maintaining alignment with overall\n objectives and standards. \n * Maintain IT System deployment, process, improvement.\n * Knowledgeable in programming, project management.\n * Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are delivered in adherence to IT\n standards and contractual agreements\n\n \n\n Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related\n field (Required)\n\n \n\n Experience:\n\n * 0-3 years of experience in Information Technology (Required)\n * Experience in managing end-to-end IT services delivery and operations\n * Experience in development, set-up, or maintenance of MES (Manufacturing\n Execution System), MCS (Material Control System), RTS (Real Time Scheduling)\n for manufacturing plant.\n\n \n\nSkills:\n\n * Bilingual skills in English and Korean \n * Effective communication and presentation skills.\n * Ability to solve problems by proactively collaborating with related teams on\n issues\n * Flexible hours are required to support entire production team and to work\n with HQ in South Korea.
