Social Work Clinical Manager Location : Burnet Campus, travel to outpatient sites as necessary Schedule : Full time, Monday-Friday day shift, 1.0 fte Weekly Hours : 40 Expected Starting Pay Range : $91,520.00 - $116,688.00 annually (salaried/exempt) What You’ll Do In This Job Lead and mentor approximately 30 social workers in inpatient and outpatient pediatric units; develop goals, policies, and educational programs. Serve as resource for daily operations; resolve issues, oversee staffing, and ensure new employees are oriented. Drive hiring, retention, onboarding, performance management, and employee development; partner with HR and leadership to build high‑performing teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards; collaborate with leaders to improve staff performance and compliance. Lead projects from start to finish; ensure alignment with organizational priorities. What You Need To Be Considered For This Job Master’s degree in social work (MSW) required. Licensed Independent Social Worker‑Supervisor (LISW‑S) in the State of Ohio required. 3 years of experience required; 5–8 years preferred. Prior leadership and management experience highly desired (project management, performance management, interviewing & training, disciplinary processes). Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
