Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Services in Eden Prairie, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $35.80 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon10:00 AM - 06:00 PMTue10:00 AM - 06:00 PMWed10:00 AM - 06:00 PMThur10:00 AM - 06:00 PMFri10:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and reporting requirements. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facility interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patient care operations. Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
