Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Eden Prairie, MN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.45 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMWed07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur07:00 AM - 03:00 PMFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted areas in accordance with healthcare facility policies. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
