Non-Invasive Cardiologist | Grand Junction & Fruita, Colorado

Intermountain Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing cardiovascular program serving the Grand Junction and Fruita communities on Colorado’s beautiful Western Slope.

This is a unique opportunity to help establish cardiology services in a brand-new, state-of-the-art multispecialty clinic in Fruita, Colorado , opening in 2027. Located just 15 minutes from Grand Junction, Fruita is known for its vibrant community, mountain biking, hiking, rafting, wineries, and year-round outdoor recreation.

• Flexible schedule options, including consideration for four 10-hour workdays

• Dedicated clinical support including a medical assistant, shared RN resources, and experienced operational staff

• Opportunity to maintain inpatient involvement with the larger cardiology team, if desired

Exceptional Compensation & Benefits (

• $625,000 base salary

• $30,000 sign-on bonus

• Up to $20,000 relocation assistance

• Up to $75,000 student loan repayment

• Quarterly productivity incentives

What you’ll bring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

• ABMS board certification or eligibility in Cardiology

• Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• BLS certification and DEA

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
