We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.OverviewThe Senior Counsel, Enterprise will serve as a strategic legal and business partner to the Enterprise function of Mammoth Brands Inc., including its Finance, People, Technology and Mammoth Labs (M&A) teams. This role will support a broad range of corporate, operational and commercial matters and provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal advice that enables the business to move quickly while appropriately managing risk. This role requires an experienced , business-oriented attorney who combines strong legal judgment with the versatility to advise across a wide range of corporate, technology, finance and people-related subject matters. This position will report to the Director of Legal, Enterprise, of Mammoth Brands Inc.Responsibilities:Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Enterprise leadership and stakeholdersAdvise on, negotiate and draft complex corporate and commercial agreements, balancing legal risk with business prioritiesDrive legal workstreams supporting Mammoth Labs and Finance on strategic transactions, investments, financings and other corporate initiativesAdvise on technology, data privacy, cybersecurity and AI-related matters, including commercial arrangements and emerging legal and regulatory issuesAdvise the People team on employment-related legal matters Develop and maintain company policies and procedures Provide or oversee training to Enterprise stakeholders on pertinent legal topics, as appropriateQualifications:Strong judgment and the ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice in a fast-moving environmentDemonstrated ability to anticipate issues and address “over-the-horizon” risks that could impact business objectivesProven ability to build trusted relationships and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability with cross-functional partnersClear and effective communicator, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical business guidanceRole model for company culture and norms, including ownership and constructive partnership with the businessBachelor's degree and J.D.; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdictionMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including significant in-house experienceExperience advising across a broad range of legal matters, including corporate, commercial, employment and data privacy mattersComfort using AI-enabled legal tools and interest in leveraging technology to improve the quality and efficiency of legal work Benefits and perksMedical, dental, and vision coverage401k matchEquity in Mammoth Brands Flexible time off and working hoursL&D stipend4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthoodFun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftopFree products from our family of brandsThe Mammoth Brands' working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $195,000-$225,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
