Strong business sense experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refining, or Heavy Industrial markets Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Expertise in Territory Management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with key clients and foster long-term relationships. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and organizational skills. BS degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
