Sr Territory Business Manager - Specialty MS - Colorado

Biogen seeks a senior territory business manager to drive neurology product sales across Colorado, focusing on multiple sclerosis stakeholders. This field-based role involves developing sales strategies, communicating clinical information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer education.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans for assigned Colorado territory
Present complex clinical and reimbursement information to neurologists and MS stakeholders
Identify and address customer educational needs through probing and dialogue
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer awareness of support services
Drive business results in competitive MS market through strategic customer engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA advantageous
3-5+ years pharmaceutical, specialty, hospital, or biotech sales experience
Demonstrated top 30% sales performance consistently over 3+ years
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record per company policy
Proven ability to drive results in challenging markets with limited direction
Strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills
Willingness to reside in assigned territory and travel up to 30% overnight

Compensation: $138,000–$184,500 base
