Territory Business Manager - Denver North

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for its Denver-based Neurology Franchise to drive demand generation among healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and academic institutions. The role involves territory planning, stakeholder engagement, and meeting sales objectives within an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

Travel within assigned geography to engage healthcare providers and specialty pharmacies
Develop territory market strategy and account plans
Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional teams on demand generation
Communicate product and clinical information to assigned healthcare professionals
Meet and exceed quarterly sales objectives using market tools and CRM systems

Requirements

5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
Neurology sales background strongly preferred
Proven consistent high sales performance track record
Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
Product launch experience and market access expertise
Ability to develop and execute sales strategy
Alignment with organizational values: co-creation, humility, excellence, empowerment, innovation

Compensation: $140,000–$192,500 base salary
