PositionOverview PerimeterSecurityPartners(“PSP”)isseekingahighlymotivatedAPCoordinatortosupportgeneralaccountingfunctions.Theidealcandidateisaprofessionalwithstrongattentiontodetail,proficiencyinaccountingsoftware(e.g.,ERPsystems,Excel),andbasicaccountingknowledge.WellqualifiedcandidatesmayalsohaveprovenexperienceinConstructionaccountingandpercentageofcompletionmethods.Wearelookingforsomeonewhoisahighlyadaptableself-starterwhostrivestofindbetterormoreefficientapproachestowork. Duties: Performday-to-dayaccountingactivities,includingaccountspayableentry,vendormaintenance,paymentprocessingandotheraccountingdutiesasmayberequired Reviewandprocessvendorinvoicesandcreditcardtransactionsforaccuratecodingandapprovals Occasionally,Assistwithcustomerinvoicing,paymentandcreditapplicationsandcollectionsasneeded.
