Hotel Manager

We are looking for someone to lead our team and provide the best service for our guests as the next General Manager of a high-occupancy hotel. As the General Manager, you will oversee HR matters, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, coaching/counseling, and performance management. If this describes you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals • Generate a budget that ensures guest satisfaction and quality of services while also keeping costs balanced and profit margins maximized • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success • Devise the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's rooms, public areas, and grounds in order to cultivate a reputation for quality • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality • Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required Compensation: $60,000 - $68,000 yearly
