Step into a corrugated packaging plant where precision and pace go hand-in-hand. Your day begins with a handoff from production, a quick scan of work orders, and a preventive maintenance checklist. By mid-morning, you’re tracing a pneumatic fault on a folder-gluer; after lunch, you’re swapping a sensor on a motor drive and tightening a hydraulic fitting. Before shift-end, you close out PMs, note parts usage, and hand off cleanly to the next crew. If diagnosing problems, reading prints, and boosting uptime feels like your element, this is your next move.

Open Roles

Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift; 1st opening coming soon) — $35.00–$42.00/hr

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery across converting and corrugating lines
• Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance preferred

Electrical Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift) — $35.00–$42.00/hr

• Diagnose industrial electrical systems and machine controls
• Hands-on with motors, VFDs/drives, sensors, PLC components, and 480V systems
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Support equipment reliability and maximize uptime

Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift) — Around $100,000/year

• Lead and mentor a skilled maintenance team
• Coordinate repairs, PM schedules, and maintenance projects
• Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Drive equipment reliability metrics and department performance
