Account Coordinator

Position Overview At VOXX, you’ll help create automotive technologies that improve safety, connectivity, and convenience on the road. Join a team focused on innovation and shaping the future of the driving experience. The Account Coordinator bridges the gap between clients and the company's internal teams. They handle the day‑to‑day administration, project tracking, and client communication required to keep accounts running smoothly. This position will provide accurate and efficient administrative support across multiple areas to assist with driving sales and meeting departmental targets. What you’ll do Perform administrative activities related to sales orders processing from inception through payment. Process customer returns. Solve account issues by working with internal teams. Coordinate ad hoc projects as assigned. Maintain upkeep of departmental spreadsheets and files to ensure continued flow of information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounts are in good standing and customer needs are met. Coordinate order administration and tracking. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure the client’s vision and requirements are clearly understood and executed. Manage account budgets, process contracts, and prepare presentation materials as needed. Field questions, schedule meetings, and address inquiries via phone. Build lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints and concerns and report their feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams. Other duties as assigned. Maintaining a high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality with respect to company matters. Complying with all Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, company safety policies and safely performing all duties, including but not limited to, promoting a safe workplace. What to bring 2+ years of office experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills. Data entry experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access. What will help Prior experience in the automotive industry and working with mobile and consumer electronic products. 2–3 years of international sales and/or account experience.
