Temp Corporate Communications and Graphics Coordinator

Corporate Communications and Graphics Coordinator - R45613 Position Description The Corporate Communications & Graphics Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Corporate Communications team at company/organisation's Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) site. Roles Responsibilities Support publishing of content on our SharePoint-based intranet. Upload and publish internal stories for IOPS communications. Work with internal stakeholders to draft announcements and calendar items. Monitor comments and pull reports summarizing monthly activity. Resize and edit photos in Photoshop. Act as liaison with graphics team to develop needed graphics and images. Review, edit (as necessary) and publish internal site events and announcements. Internal page maintenance, design and user experience management. Manage digital signage for Rensselaer site. Manage digital signage calendar and cadence announcements. Work with internal stakeholders on digital signage messaging and graphics. Load content on signage players, monitor for issues, and work with IT to resolve. Manage mass e-mail sends. Format, manage, and send mass e-mails in support of the broader IOPS communications team in Poppulo. Provide staff photography services; catalogue, tag, and upload photos/videos to MAX. Provide administrative support for volunteer projects including ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, maintaining inventory, reconciling expenses, and submitting expense reports. Coordinate logistics for large-scale meetings and visitors. Monitor and track funding requests in the online portal. Track IOPS CA budget with team leader. Manage supplier on-boarding. Manage PO processing and expense reconciliations. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Regeneron
