Join our 160-unit East Brunswick community, where you'll partner closely with a Senior Service Manager. If you're experienced in HVAC and plumbing, enjoy troubleshooting, and take ownership of your work, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and complete service requests with a strong emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry repairs. Complete apartment turns (make‑readies), preventative maintenance, and routine property maintenance. Maintain the interior and exterior of the community to company standards and safety requirements. Communicate professionally with residents and office team members while providing outstanding customer service. Partner with your maintenance team to identify issues proactively and contribute to efficient daily operations.
