The OpportunitySafety Rail Company, a leader in passive fall protection within the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and career oriented Inside Sales Representative to join its team in Chanhassen, MN.The ideal candidate will be eager to grow with one of the fastest-moving companies in the industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position will report to the Director of Inside Sales. This role offers opportunities for career advancement as you contribute to our continued success.CompensationBase Salary: $60,000 – $70,000, plus Quarterly IncentivesCompetencies:Prior inside sales experience is requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport over the phone and virtuallyAbility to solve problems creativelyIn-office attendance requiredNetSuite and or CRM experience preferred but not requiredMust demonstrate aptitude and desire to sell, gain product knowledge, and understand services and applicationsProficient with all Microsoft Office applicationsCollege degree or equivalentPrevious inside sales experienceSafety Rail Company BENEFITS include:Competitive Pay401K Retirement Savings Plan with match and profit sharingPaid Time Off for Holidays, Vacation and Sick TimeComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.
