Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by assessing client insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure clients have the best coverage options available.
• Assist clients with claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise clients.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and networking.
• Educate clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall agency performance and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Valid Wisconsin insurance license in property and casualty.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to help others and grow professionally.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training in insurance products and services.
