Sourcing Manager

Experience: Senior Level Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 per year The Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics of raw materials, vendor relationships, alignment with scheduling, and MRP maintenance. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence across the supply chain to support business objectives and customer satisfaction. About the Company Our Client is a nationwide manufacturing company with over 20 years of manufacturing experience and over 300 worldwide dealers. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master's Degree preferred) Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role Must have manufacturing and/or retail experience Strong knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analytics tools Benefits Opportunity for growth/career advancement Generous Compensation of $135,000 (flexible) + 15% bonus Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) matching Employer-contributed Medical Plans Free dental/vision coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr
