Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
• Experience in a school setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups, tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide guidance and support for classroom staff regarding speech and language development
