Pediatric Speech Therapist in Lancaster, PA

Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required (CFY candidates considered)
• Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong clinical fellows are welcomed
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms
• Ability to adapt to multiple caseloads and age groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for school-aged children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Leverage technology to provide remote therapy one day per week
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
