Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist in Lancaster, PA

Make a meaningful impact as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist providing on-site services in a dynamic school-based environment located near Lancaster, PA-conveniently situated just 40 minutes from York and close to the Maryland border. Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid SLP license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics highly desired
• Background in teletherapy and healthcare settings considered an asset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently-no assistants will be assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Deliver direct, on-site therapy to students in both individual and small group settings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, track student outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide ongoing support and resources to school staff regarding students' speech and language needs
