Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN | Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas | In-home services for ages 0-3
HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA!

Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 2 hours/week with our PRN options!
Flexible Hourly Compensation: Up to $75/hour (Rates are negotiable!)
Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child's Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Work with families/caregivers in the child's natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
