Grades 6 - 8 Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lancaster, PA

An immediate contract opportunity is available for a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 student caseload in a school setting located in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in working across multiple grade levels including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12.


Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs across grades K-12.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust therapy plans to meet evolving student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Current SLP certification/license.
• Proven experience providing speech-language therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 47 students efficiently.

Schedule & Location:

• Contract position from April 20 to June 10.
• Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Location: Lancaster, PA.
