We partner with creators to make original episodic content that you can experience on all social platforms. About the Role You'll be the connective tissue between our shows and the talent that brings them to life. As our Talent + Development Producer, you'll own the end-to-end talent pipeline — identifying, pitching, booking, and managing guests — while developing your eye for what makes a show work. This is a hands‑on, learn-by-doing role with real ownership from day one. Title: Talent + Development Producer Talent booking Build and maintain relationships with PR reps, talent managers, and publicists across entertainment, culture, and digital media Pitch and secure talent bookings for active shows, managing outreach from first contact through confirmation Draft and send booking emails and follow‑ups that are warm, on‑brand, and relationship‑first Track talent pipelines, availability, and status across all active productions Coordinate logistics between talent, their reps, and our production team Development Research talent and cultural trends to inform show concepts and guest strategies Contribute to brainstorms with a point of view on who belongs on our shows and why Help identify emerging talent and cultural moments before they peak Sift through pitches and loglines Support the senior team on pitch materials and show documentation as needed what we’re looking for 2-3 years of experience in talent booking, production, PR, or a related field A genuine love of social content and vertical video — you watch this stuff for fun Strong written communication skills; you can write a warm, professional email that doesn't sound like a form letter Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shows and pipelines simultaneously Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and no two days look the same A team player who's also self‑directed — you don't need hand-holding to get things done Existing relationships in the PR, talent management, comedy and influencer space Experience with or deep knowledge of digital‑first / social media talent Knowledge of Canva, Figma, and graphic design preferred Full-Time Specifications People Lead: This role reports to Emily Tess Katz (Head of Content) Cash Compensation: Salary Includes Mad Realities Equity Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance Can work in‑person in NYC M‑Th How To Apply To apply, please send an introduction, resume, and portfolio of relevant work to View email address on click.appcast.io with the subject line titled: Talent and Development Producer #J-18808-Ljbffr The Publish Press LLC
