Project Manager

Lead the construction of a 200 MW utility-scale solar project from the ground up. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager, Solar Construction, to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale renewable energy project from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through Commercial Operation Date (COD). What You'll Do Lead all phases of utility-scale solar construction from pre-construction through commissioning and project closeout. Manage EPC contractors, Owner's Engineers, consultants, and key project stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Oversee project schedules, budgets, contract administration, change orders, risk management, and reporting. Partner with executive leadership and external partners to drive project success. Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence. 10+ years of project management experience in energy or infrastructure construction. 5+ years of experience managing utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), transmission, or power generation projects. Proven experience managing utility-scale solar construction projects (150+ MW preferred). Experience leading projects from NTP through COD . Strong EPC contract administration and commercial management experience. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on schedule and within budget. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. PMP is a plus.
