Core Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Moving materials, prepping them for machines, and ensuring proper storage (segregation, labeling).
- Quality Assurance: Inspecting incoming goods, taking samples, coordinating with Quality Control (QC) for testing, reviewing Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and managing non-conformities.
- Production Support: Staging materials for mixing, ensuring continuous flow to production lines (e.g., and preventing shortages).
- Supplier & Documentation: Liaising with suppliers, managing returns, generating audit-ready documentation (batch records, logs).
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with inventory.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment.
- Understanding of quality standards.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of specific material types (e.g., metals) can be a plus.
