Server Position

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering meals, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Assist with setting up and closing dining areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Food Handler and/or alcohol service certification (if required by local laws).
• Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants.
