About This Role
We are seeking a caring, energetic Preschool Teacher to lead our three‑year‑old classroom. The ideal candidate creates a warm, structured environment where children can learn, explore, and grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
What You'll Do- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Support positive behavior and social‑emotional development
- Supervise children at all times, indoors and outdoors
- Communicate daily with families about classroom events and child progress
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Collaborate with co‑teachers and participate in staff meetings and trainings
- Experience working with preschool‑age children
- CDA, TCC or Early Childhood Degree
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom‑management skills
- High energy.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must clear full background check and must pass health screening.
