At Kiddie Time Child Care Center, we believe the end of a child's day is just as important as the beginning. We are looking for a warm, dependable educator to join our infant teaching team during the afternoon and closing hours.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships with babies, creating calm end-of-day routines, and being a consistent, trusted presence for children and families.

Schedule & Availability

This position is posted as full-time; however, qualified part-time applicants who can consistently work the required afternoon/closing hours are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be available to begin work between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM and remain until the center closes, approximately 6:30 PM , Monday through Friday.

Your exact schedule will be based on:

• Children's attendance
• Classroom needs
• Staffing ratios
• Enrollment

We strive to provide consistent schedules while maintaining the flexibility needed to best serve our children and families.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

✔ Loves working with infants (birth–18 months)

✔ Enjoys getting on the floor to play, sing, read, and interact throughout the day

✔ Understands that every diaper change, bottle feeding, and cuddle is an opportunity to build trust and support development

✔ Brings a calm, nurturing presence during afternoon transitions and family pick-up

✔ Is dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up consistently

✔ Wants to grow professionally and welcomes coaching and feedback

Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, coachable, and passionate about working with young children.
